A Union or a similar collective group of employees is sometimes seen by its members as a way for employees to negotiate and communicate with their Employers or management, rather than direct communication.
The term "collective bargaining" refers to the process in which Union agents and employees meet with management, and attempt to bargain or make a deal with management on a variety of terms and conditions of employment. Our Firm, either with a member of Management in person or working in coordination, represents the Employer during these negotiations. With decades of experience, and having represented hundreds of Employers across the country, we are prepared to guide and represent you in any and all negotiation situations. In providing our service, there is no substitute for preparation and hard work. Therefore, we will work closely with members of your Management team before, during, and in between negotiations with the Union. Our goal is to maintain control, and effectively represent you while working towards a resolution. |
